Our community care focuses primarily on finding, reaching and treating those affected as soon as possible, and then, after their involvement, provides them with community-based treatment at home and in their home environment.
We wanted to further develop the professional activities of community care, based on individual treatment, supported by group work, through the establishment of a full-time facility, which enables clients to provide more intensive forms of treatment.

The focus of the professional activity is on group work and community and health care. our social rehabilitation and reintegration activities.
